Woven With Purpose,
Made For Many
The Serge Residence is a 558 square foot two bedroom home with two bathrooms, located within The Heim’s flagship boutique aparthotel on Oldham Street in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. The historic building dates back to the mid to late eighteen hundreds and was sensitively converted in 2025, preserving its character and creative heritage as the former home of the renowned Dry Bar, owned by Factory Records. Arranged across a single floor, the layout includes a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite, a second bedroom with two single bunk beds, and a standard double sofa bed in the living area, allowing the residence to sleep up to 6 guests. It is ideally suited to small groups or families seeking a central city base.
Layered textures and a calm, grounding palette shape an atmosphere that feels composed yet welcoming. Each bedroom offers its own sense of retreat, while the shared living space encourages gathering and easy connection. Thoughtful detailing softens the contemporary structure, and two bathrooms bring ease to group stays. A full Sky TV package including Sports and Movies enhances relaxed evenings in. Outside, Oldham Street carries its lively rhythm of cafés, restaurants and late night venues, while inside the mood remains curated, comfortable and restorative.
